For all reservation deposits we accept VISA, MasterCard or personal cheques.  The balance due of your charter fee is payable in cash, bank draft, cashiers cheque or travelers cheque only prior to leaving our dock. We do not accept cheques or credit cards for the balance due.

Deposit: Your deposit (less $500) will be applied toward the rental fee/balance due.  Five hundred dollars($500) of the deposit will be retained until the end of your vacation and acts as a damage deposit when you arrive for your houseboat vacation. It will be refunded less any fuel/propane used and the houseboat is returned in a good and clean condition.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation 50% of any deposit paid is non refundable.  The other 50% will be refunded provided we are notified in writing 120 days prior to your arrival date and after the 120 day period provided we are successful in renting the houseboat at full rate.

Confirmation Package: Upon receipt of your deposit we will confirm your reservation by mail or email. Beginning in March we will mail our complete Confirmation Package to you. It will include a map of the lake marking various points of interest and approximately 80 beaches.  Our Cruising and Operating Guide, which has all the information you require to assist in preparing for your trip.  Including navigation, houseboat operation, fishing information & tips, directions to our base, Canada Customs information and much more.
