We supply... clean, contemporary and very well equipped houseboats.

The KITCHEN is equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, dish towels, microwave, oven & stove (full-sized gas stove/oven on 58 ft & 68 ft). They have a refrigerator with separate freezer:  Our standard size fridge is 8 cu ft with freezer size of approximately 20" w x 16" h x 16" d

  • 40 ft and 44 ft - one refrigerator
  • 49SP -  two refrigerators
  • 58 ft & 68 ft - one large 20 cu ft refrigerator with standard-sized freezer; a picture of which is shown on our 68 ft page.

All houseboats also have a very large ice cooler on board, which is great for beverages and extra food. It has a capacity of approximately 6 full laundry baskets of ice, which keeps for several days, even in the heat of the Summer.

BEDDING - Sheets, blankets and pillows are supplied for the beds. We suggest bringing a sleeping bag for the spring and fall rentals.

The BATHROOMS have a sink, toilet and shower. Bath towels & face cloths are supplied. There are two bathrooms (one with shower) on the 58 ft and 68 ft models.

All houseboats are equipped with a TV & VCR or DVD player, deck chairs, life jackets, navigation maps, and 3000 w / 120 volt generator. They have two separate high capacity battery chargers which will charge houseboat batteries when on shore (one on 40 ft and 44 ft models).

FRESH WATER for cooking and drinking is supplied from our City of Kenora water system. Aproximately 35 gallons is provided.

HEATING - All houseboats are equipped with a forced air furnace for the cooler days for early Spring and Fall rentals.

A 14’ FISHING BOAT is included with all rentals (motor extra). All houseboats are equipped with VHF radios and cell phones.

LIFE JACKETS are supplied however, we do suggest you bring your own life jackets as they must fit properly, especially for children.

DECK CHAIRS and deck tables are supplied.

NAVIGATION MAPS are supplied.

INVERTERS convert DC to AC power to provide electrical power for your own portable steros/CD players. They will also power your portable sound systems. Inverters eliminate the need to run the generator for this purpose.

You supply... Food, beverages, personal & fishing gear and a crew of people ready to have a fun-filled vacation.
